1. How durable are your spare tire covers?
Our premium spare tire covers are made of a high quality, outdoor-durable hard face plate, clear-coated with a UV protectorant, and attached to thick, durable soft vinyl side walls. Elastic in the hem keeps the cover secured to the tire.
The face plate can be washed and waxed, or even painted, just like your vehicle. We recommend that you use a vinyl protectant (such as Armorall) on the vinyl sides to keep it soft. This is especially important if you choose to store it in a dry place.
2. How durable is the lettering and graphics on the custom spare tire cover?
For our custom tire covers, we use vinyl lettering, graphics, or prints.
- All lettering is applied with outdoor-durable vinyl, designed to resist fading, cracking or peeling even in severe cold, hot, humid or dry climates.
- We also apply a UV-resistant laminate to our full color images to help preserve the quality of the image, come rain or shine!
3. How do I store a premium tire cover?
The premium spare tire cover should be stored it in the original box for added protection.
4. How do I clean my tire cover?
You may wash it as often as you like with mild soap and water. Avoid using hot water, and never apply an abrasive cleanser or brush. Armorall or a similar vinyl protectorant should be applied periodically to the vinyl side walls, to keep the material subtle, and preserve the luster.
5. Do you offer Professional sports team tire covers?
We do not carry licensed pro sports team tire covers. You can, however, choose to design a custom tire cover with a sports team name, team colors, your favorite slogan, with/without generic images from our image library (baseball, football, hockey, etc...) for a truly unique sports team tire cover.

Photographs
1. Can I use a photograph on my custom tire cover?
Certainly. You can choose from our extensive online library of photos, or upload one of your own.
Try to send us a high-quality image, preferably a nice size of at least 4 inches to ensure a quality reproduction. The quality of the image you send us will directly affect the quality of the image on the tire cover. Images found on the internet are usually low resolution images, and not a high quality for enlarging to the size of a tire cover.
We redraw most images/logos that have solid colors (no additional charge), to insure the sharpest quality.
NOTE: a spare tire cover is meant to be viewed at a distance; therefore, even low-quality images that result in pixilation when enlarged are still considered very acceptable, because pixilation or graininess cannot be seen from any significant distance. Although high-quality images are preferred, low quality images are still usable.
The cost for a photographic tire cover is $224.95 plus shipping. This includes custom text above and below image, if desired. Go to our online custom tire cover designer to begin your tire cover design.

2. Can I combine words with a photo?
Yes. You can add custom text on your design above and/or below the photographic image using UdesignIT online designer. This is included in the price of a photographic tire cover.
3. Do you have photos that I can put on my custom tire cover design?
Certainly. You can choose from over 8,000 photos in our photo library. Any of these photos can be cropped, such as in a circle to match the shape of the tire cover. Simply enter your instructions in the Special Instructions box in the UdesignIT designer.

1. Do you have 1-color graphic images to choose from?
Yes. We have an online image library of over 13,000 images to help you dress up your tire cover. Any of these images can be cropped or whole, single-color or any combination of colors.
If you don't see a image that suits you, send us a description of what you're looking for, in detail, and our art department will conduct an extensive offline search for you.

Add your own image
1. Can I use my own logo, photo or image?
Yes, we can put your logo, photo or image on a custom tire cover. Just upload your image with your order and we will email you a color proof within 5 days of receipt of your order, after we prepare the artwork.
2. Can I request changes to the image after you send me the proof?
Yes, you can make changes after receiving your color proof, but only once without incurring additional costs. Changes are limited to the original artwork submitted, and can be a change in color, letter style, size of image/lettering, etc.... Developing a color proof is very resource intensive, so we ask that you send us as much detail as you can about your requirements. Our goal is to make it exactly how you wanted it.
NOTE: the changes you can request do not include image editing or submitting other images to replace the image on the order.
National Logos
1. Do you have national logos on file?
Yes. We have an extensive offline library of over 2,000 national logos. Inquire at email form for the logo you need. Note: logos are provided as a convenience to authorized users only.

1. What is 'Design Online'?
Our online designer helps you develop the design you want, ONLINE, in color, on a tire cover preview, so that you can see your creation. You can select the font (letter style) for your wording, the color, the letter size, text, possibly add an image, and ... walaah! Your design appears on your screen, as you designed it.

Our designer is only capable of showing your own uploaded image if it is in a JPG, GIF, or PNG format. If it is in a different format, we can still use it, but the designer cannot display the virtual proof online until the artwork is prepared. Once the art is prepared, we will email you a free color proof within 5 days of receipt of your order (limit one free color proof per prepaid, non-cancelable order, additional color proofs are extra). At that time, you can make minor changes, if desired, to ensure you will love your custom tire cover.
2. If I use my own image and I do not like my design after seeing the proof, can I use a different image?
Yes, however, if you decide to change the image that was submitted with your original order, there will be a $40 art preparation charge. This process is resource-intensive, and we cannot accommodate major changes in the image after we start preparing your artwork. You can make text, font, color, and minor changes to the proof: however, you cannot substitute images without this additional charge.
3. What if I'm not ready to buy a tire cover until I see the edited artwork first?
The online designer is available to allow you to make all the changes you want without any cost. If you want a color proof of your design using your own image, but you are not ready to purchase a custom tire cover, we can offer you the art services with 1 color proof for only a $40 art charge. This way you are in no way committed to purchasing the tire cover.
The free color proof is only offered for prepaid, non-cancelable orders, that way you have the satisfaction of seeing it in color before it is made, and making changes if need be.
NOTE: Due to many factors affecting color, the colors shown are only approximate. Actual colors may change.
