About Us: -
Here at Brockman Signs, we pride ourselves with a long history of sign making, now in its 3rd generation. Although we are a full-service sign shop, spare tire covers have been our specialty for over 13 years now. Because a custom-made product can be very personal in nature, we feel as though fast, friendly, and helpful customer service is key to our success.

- You will receive a color proof by email of your design within 5 business days. This will give you an opportunity to request a change, if needed, before the order goes into production.
- Once we receive your approval of the color proof, production time is within 7 business days.
- Production time does not start until after we received your approval of the proof.
- If we have not received your instructions to proceed or to request a change within 5 days after emailing the color proof, we will email a second proof. After 5 days of not receiving instructions ,we may assume you approved of the color proof, and you waive the right to make any additional changes. To avoid delay, your order may ship immediately thereafter.

Lost shipments:
- Priority Mail: orders are considered lost after 30 days from shipping date.
- Express Mail: orders are considered lost after 7 days from shipping date.
Damaged shipments:
- Any packages damaged during shipping must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

We strive for Complete Customer Satisfaction
1 We strive for 100% customer satisfaction; however, due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds or returns.
2 To ensure that you are excited about your custom spare tire cover, we offer a FREE online designing system where you can create your custom tire cover online, make changes, see the changes in color and then order online, all in the convenience of your own home.
3 For customers that are using their own image or logo, we will automatically email you a FREE color proof within 5 days after we prepare the artwork, so that you can see the design before the tire cover is made. Once you receive your color proof, you can request 1 change, if desired, before the product is made.
- Sorry, but since this process requires extensive art department resources, the FREE color proof is only available for prepaid, non-cancellable orders that have a custom image.
- Additional emailed proofs are available for $15 each proof (available for prepaid orders only and includes different colors, text, letter styles, etc... This does not include preparing new artwork in place of the originally uploaded artwork, nor image/photo editing). If you want a mock-up color proof BEFORE you committ to ordering, the cost for the art-department services is $40. To order this service, call 888-558-3861.
4 Please note that the colors in the proof may vary from actual colors of the tire cover, lettering, and/or graphics due to computer palette differences. For logos and photographs we will match colors as close as possible; however, we cannot guarantee exact matches. Some colors are outside of the CMYK gammett and therefore, cannot reproduce exactly.
5 Any order made incorrectly due to an error on our part will be immediately redone at our expense. Errors must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of product.
6 We cannot be responsible for spelling, typographical, or measuring errors made by the customer. All sales are considered final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or credits.
7 Prices are subject to change without notice.
8 Any artwork supplied by the customer is assumed to belong to them or have permission to use it. We are not responsible for any trademark or logo infringements.
9. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our secure on-line shopping cart, or by phone at 888-558-3861.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We reserve the right to refuse to add what we consider offensive content to a custom tire cover design.
